A Canon imagePROGRAF TM series printer, coupled with an Lei series scanner, creates a very affordable and easy-to-use option when your
customers require a simple, large format, multi-function device. If you don’t need to print your scanned image straight away, you can even scan
to a USB stick.
The Lei series can scan direct to a USB thumb-drive plugged into the scanner itself, no PC required, and stores it as a TIFF. However, if you prefer
to save it as a Jpg or Pdf, just connect the scanner to a nearby PC that’s running the supplied Scan-App software. Then, as it scans, the PC will
quickly compress the data and send it back to your thumb-drive in your chosen format.
